Welcome to Old Club Penguin!
Old Club Penguin is a fan-made Club Penguin private server that recreates classic Club Penguin: the snowy island the way it was from 2008 to 2012. When it opens you can make a penguin, explore the rooms, chat with friends and play games, right in your web browser. The island opens soon.
What to expect
-
The island as you remember it
The rooms, menus, buttons and games follow the original game from 2008 to 2012 as closely as we can make them.
-
Plus a few extras
Handy quality-of-life touches that make the classic island easier to enjoy, and a few favourites from later years of Club Penguin.
-
Five worlds
Pick Blizzard, Sleet, Frozen, Marshmallow or Zipline. When a world is full you wait in line and see your place, and you get in by yourself as soon as there is room.
-
Free and fair
There is nothing to buy. Coins come from playing games, and no staff member can hand out coins or items.
-
Safe and friendly
Moderators check every new penguin name and keep chat friendly. The Club Rules explain what is and is not allowed.
See how it all works
The Player Guide already shows how it all works: Card-Jitsu at the Dojo, adopting and caring for puffles, the minigames, igloos and outfits and every Club Penguin clothing catalog from 2008 to 2012. Everyone is a member: there is nothing to buy.
Read what is different from the original, and follow What's New for the opening date.
