Play on your phone or tablet!

Hello penguins!

Good news for everyone who asked: when the island opens, you will be able to play Old Club Penguin on your phone or tablet, as well as on a computer. It works in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and other up-to-date browsers. There is nothing to download.

How it works on a phone

Tap where you want to waddle, tap a penguin to see their card, and tap the chat bar to type. Your keyboard pops up and the game slides up so you can still see what you write. Swipe your inventory to scroll through your clothes.

Games that you play with the arrow keys, like Astro Barrier and Thin Ice, show buttons on the screen next to the game.

A few tips

• Turn your phone sideways for the biggest view. It works upright too.
• Add the game to your Home Screen. In Safari tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. In Chrome open the menu and choose Add to Home screen. It opens full screen, like an app.
• No sound? Tap the game once. Phones only play sound after you touch the screen.
