Keep your password secret
Never share it. Not with a friend, and not with someone who says they are staff. Staff will never ask for it.

Keep personal things private
Do not share your real name, address, phone number, school or social media. Do not ask others for theirs.

Nobody gives away coins
Anyone offering free coins or items is trying to trick you.

Walk away
If someone makes you uncomfortable, leave the room and tell a moderator.
Reporting a player
Open the player's card and use the report button. A moderator will look at it. You can also ignore a player so you no longer see their chat.

I cannot log in.
Check your penguin name and password. Capital letters matter in a password. If you are still stuck, ask on the Help & Support page.
